Yes. When a contractor is right for the task, we can follow their work within the same documented workflow.
03How are costs approved?+
You can approve every cost or set a limit for small actions. Material changes require a new approval.
04What happens when an issue is urgent?+
We first assess risk and any need to make the situation safe, then escalate to the right specialist. Price and scope are clarified as far as the situation allows.
05Do I need a subscription?+
No. Check and Intervention can be requested individually. Care is for properties that need continuing technical follow-up.
